After traveling around the U.S. for the last six years, speaking at American Diabetic Expos and Green Expos, attending Trade Shows, Green Festivals,  teaching EcoFriendly Cooking Classes and talking to the public about their desire to learn how to be and eat EcoFriendly,  Brooke Guthrie aka EcoChef Love/Sunny Love decided to fill a much needed gap by creating her EcoFriendly Publishing Company that will help Citizens of this Great Earth help make the connection between the Food on their Plate, their Health and the Health of the Planet. 

EcoChef Love is a North Carolina native who specializes in Southern Fusion cuisine.  She grew up helping her mother bake her famous Pound Cakes. Today she is an Earth Friendly Professional Baker, Chocolatier, EcoChef, EcoSpeaker, Writer and Publisher.

EcoChef Love has been featured on NY1 News as an EcoChef who specializes in Plant Based * Vegan * Gluten Free Cuisine.

*EcoChef Love advocates only cooking and baking with Healthy * Organic * High Fructose Corn Syrup Free Agave which Native Americans once consumed to help them have the energy needed to run long distances.
